       The Quality System of David Richards Engineering Ltd is approved to BS EN ISO  9001:2000 by Bureau      Veritas Quality International and our scope of supply is:-
 
     Design, Application Engineering, Manufacturing and supply of Ultrahard PCBN and/or PCD
     cutting tool inserts, tools, associated tooling and tooling/manufacturing aids.
   
    Since 1989 David Richards have developed a reputation for providing production engineering
     solutions to a diversity of problems. Using the latest CNC grinding and spark erosion techniques, a
    wide range of standard PCBN and PCD tools are manufactured to stock.
 
    Where standard products are not ideal or cost effective, special tools, tool holders, and cutting tool
    inserts are manufactured to suit the application and supplied as soon as possible. Our customer base     includes companies from all sections of manufacturing industry including, automotive, aerospace,
    machine tool, press and mould tool, and woodworking.
